Our Purpose
Americans United Action is an independent civic education, media, marketing, and community-engagement organization dedicated to promoting Pro-American, Pro-Veteran, and Pro-Family principles and encouraging Americans to become informed, involved, and engaged in the future of our country.
We are independent of any political party. Our positions, educational materials, communications, and activities are guided by our principles and our Seven-Step Action Plan, not by party affiliation.
Independent & Nonpartisan
Americans United Action may discuss public policy, legislation, elected officials, candidates, elections, and issues affecting our nation. We may support policies and candidates whose positions align with our stated principles and may oppose policies or positions that conflict with them.
Our use of the term nonpartisan means that Americans United Action is not controlled by, affiliated with, or committed to supporting any particular political party.
Candidate & Campaign Activities
Americans United Action may provide lawful media, marketing, communications, digital advertising, voter outreach, website, and related professional services to candidates, campaigns, organizations, or causes that align with our principles.
When such services are provided for compensation, they are performed under separate commercial arrangements and are not considered contributions by visitors or members of Americans United Action.
Political Contributions
Americans United Action does not collect, process, hold, or transfer political campaign contributions on behalf of candidates or campaigns.
When we provide a link to a candidate's official campaign website or authorized contribution page, any contribution is made directly to that campaign or its authorized payment provider and is subject to the campaign's own terms, disclosures, and applicable election laws.
Membership
Membership in Americans United Action is voluntary. Joining our organization does not require a member to support any particular candidate, political party, organization, or policy position.
Members are encouraged to research issues and candidates, pray for our nation and its leaders, participate peacefully in the civic process, communicate with elected officials, attend public meetings, and exercise their right to vote.

Americans United Action supports peaceful, lawful, and constitutional civic participation.

We do not advocate violence, unlawful conduct, intimidation, or interference with the lawful rights of others.

Information provided by Americans United Action through its website, emails, videos, publications, social media, and other communications is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Political, economic, historical, and public-policy subjects may involve differing interpretations and opinions. Visitors are encouraged to review original sources, conduct their own research, and reach their own conclusions.
Americans United Association
Americans United Action and Americans United Association share certain values and may cooperate on appropriate educational or community initiatives; however, Americans United Action operates separately with its own mission and activities.
Political and civic-action activities presented on this website should not automatically be attributed to Americans United Association.

One important point, Andy: I would not put “for-profit” prominently on this page yet until the AU Action entity/EIN structure is completely finalized. We can add the precise legal entity language afterward.
